Charles Baysang was a French farmer who killed his wife and seven children in Durlinsdorf, France on April 6, 1922, before fleeing. He was eventually arrested and sentenced to death in July 1923, but was pardoned by the president five months later.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]
