Luis Antonio Macloud (also reported as Luis Angel McCloud) was a Panamanian police sergeant who killed six people and wounded two others at his home in Arraiján, Panama on November 27, 1991.

Some time between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. that night the 45-year-old came home from work and found his common-law wife Lidia Delgado with another man named Ralf Julia. After an argument with her he took his M16 rifle and fired 58 rounds at the people present, killing Delgado, her two daughters Vielka and Indira Crizon, Vielka's husband Carlos Viloria, and two of his daughters, aged two and seven years. He also wounded a third daughter of his, as well as Ralf Julia, before committing suicide by shooting himself in the head.[1][2]
