Melecio Valencia was a Filipino laborer who killed his mother and three other people in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines in the morning of November 28, 1927. He also wounded seven more when trying to escape the crime scene, before he was fatally wounded in a gun battle with police.[1][2][3][4]
